This is a picture of our "little cabin in the woods," which is not in the woods at all, but in Seaside, Oregon. It didn't look anything like this twelve years ago when we bought it. If it had we wouldn't have been able to afford it. It was a true "fixer-upper." Now that we are retired, we spend half of our time here, logging three and a half days each in Seaside and Forest Grove. The weather in Seaside this weekend has been absolutely perfect. Beachy!!
