I'm a CA. According to a fellow US Postal Service retiree, I am a "Dad Burned CA." A "CA" is a Californian. A "Dad Burned CA" is a Californian who has moved to Oregon, taken all the best jobs, bought all the best houses, and married all the best (in my case) men. Okay, so I am guilty of all those things, but if an Oregonian had beat me to it, the jobs, houses and men would have been taken before I arrived.
